SIG | Recruiting Commercialisation Talent

Join the launch of the Recruiting Commercialisation Talent Special Interest Group, led by Tas Gohir, Senior IP and Commercial Research Manager at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

This new SIG will bring together professionals from across the knowledge exchange community to explore the challenges of recruiting, developing and retaining high-quality commercialisation talent.

The session will cover skills requirements, career pathways, diversity, salary competition, recruitment strategy and raising awareness of commercialisation careers. You will also have an opportunity to share experiences and help shape the SIG’s future activities.

This event is open to Knowledge Exchange UK members only and is particularly relevant to TTO managers, recruitment and HR professionals, and commercialisation practitioners.
