SIG | Recruiting Commercialisation Talent

Join the Recruiting Commercialisation Talent Special Interest Group, led by Tas Gohir, Senior IP and Commercial Research Manager at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

This SIG brings together professionals from across the knowledge exchange community to explore the challenges and opportunities associated with recruiting, developing and retaining commercialisation talent.

Discussions will cover topics such as skills requirements, career pathways, diversity, salary competition, recruitment strategies and raising awareness of commercialisation careers. Members will also have the opportunity to share experiences, exchange good practice and help shape future SIG activities.

This event is open to Knowledge Exchange UK members only and is particularly relevant to TTO managers, recruitment and HR professionals, and commercialisation practitioners.
