The call for abstracts for the inaugural Knowledge Exchange UK Conference 2027 is now open.

Knowledge exchange is driven by people sharing ideas, experiences and learning. If you have a project, approach, challenge or insight that could help others think differently or strengthen their practice, we want to hear from you.

This is your opportunity to contribute to the conference programme, share your experience with colleagues from across the KE community and start conversations that can lead to new ideas, connections and collaborations.

We welcome abstracts that:

Share practical examples, case studies, projects or evidence from across knowledge exchange.
Demonstrate innovation, impact or lessons learned that others can benefit from.
Offer insights, approaches or good practice that can be applied across the KE community.
Encourage discussion, debate and audience participation.
Bring together a range of organisational, disciplinary or sector perspectives.
Explore current or emerging opportunities and challenges in knowledge exchange.

Selected submissions may be developed into oral presentations, panel discussions or other formats. We may also bring complementary abstracts together to create collaborative sessions and encourage a richer exchange of ideas.

The nearest mainline station is Brighton Station. From the station, the venue is around a 10–15 minute walk, or a short taxi ride. Local buses also run from Brighton Station towards Churchill Square, which is a short walk from the hotel.

By car

Parking is available at the hotel car park on St Margarets Place, BN1 2FD. The car park has a maximum height of 1.8m. Self-parking is listed by the hotel at £29 per day. Please note that in/out privileges are not available.

By air

The closest major airport is Gatwick Airport, approximately 23 miles from the venue. Heathrow Airport is approximately 70 miles away, and London Stansted Airport is approximately 96 miles away. The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service.
