At Knowledge Exchange UK we believe that mentoring is a high impact tool to increase capability and success in KE. In an environment where Knowledge Exchange is under more pressure to deliver results mentoring is a transformative CPD activity with long term impact, that can be effective at all levels of the team from guiding new staff, building competence and resilience to supporting leadership challenges.

Become a mentor
The Certificate in Mentoring Programme is the first certified mentor development programme commissioned by Knowledge Exchange UK for KE professionals. Built on mentoring standards developed by Knowledge Exchange UK delegates will undertake group mentor training and one to one supervision with our esteemed trainers before using their mentoring skills to support mentees.
Our online training course gives you 12 hours of CPD and one hour of one-to-one coaching and support from your supervisor. Once the course is complete all KEUK mentors are supported with ongoing training, supervision and access to our mentor community.

Accreditation
All mentors need to complete the six-month training programme, undergo one to one supervision and commit to ongoing group supervision sessions. Our mentors become part of a mentor community with regular training, catch-ups and coffee.

Having access to and the support of the KEUK Certified mentor could be the most transformational thing your do for your own development and effectiveness within your role. Having a comfortable and confidential space to discuss ideas, challenges and alternative approaches with a trusted and well-trained individual could be the springboard to your personal success and motivation at work.

Mentees with get the opportunity for a ‘getting to know you’ session with their mentor match before the mentoring begins. Mentors will receive at least 12 hours of mentoring over a six-month period. The full programme is available for just £600.
