• LO1: Contrast essential negotiation skills based on the learning and good practice from other sectors and compare this to the needs and requirements of KE Practitioners. 
• LO2: Understand how essential negotiation skills can be applied in different contexts and taking account of different interests and cultural considerations; and 
• LO3: Apply the principles of continuous professional development of KE Practitioners to improve and apply their negotiation skills in practice for their own and their organisations benefit. 

A one-day course for anyone in Knowledge Exchange who has responsibility for negotiating with partners. This course could be used to improve skills for internal negotiations as well as negotiations with external partners.
