Paul Maguire is Head of Innovation & Knowledge Transfer at Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin), where he leads one of Ireland’s leading university innovation offices. He brings extensive experience across entrepreneurship, technology transfer and commercialisation, combining a strong track record in both private industry and higher education.
Paul has significant start-up and investment experience, having previously served as CEO of a med-tech start-up, securing seed investment and establishing partnerships with Health Innovation Hub Ireland. He also led a semiconductor diagnostics start-up through a successful multi-million-euro exit, providing valuable insight into venture creation, business growth and commercial strategy.
