Research and Engagement Operations Administrator

We are: looking for an R&E Operations Administrator, to join our Research &
Engagement department. You will be responsible for performing key
administrative and finance support functions within the R&E team, including
(but not limited to) acting as a key point of contact for the RCS Finance Team
for queries and reporting requirements, raising contracts and payments for a
range of Research and Engagement programmes and activities, monitoring
divisional budgets, assisting with the preparation of mid-term and end-term
financial statements on discrete projects and grants and providing research
data for internal and external reports.

You will be: An experienced Finance administrator, with demonstratable
experience of managing research grants and funding projects and experience
of an ERP system.
You should: have strong IT & Numeracy skills, with the ability to operate
under pressure while maintaining detail and accuracy. Experience of Higher
Education or Performing Arts, would be beneficial but not compulsory
