As VP Commercialisation you will bring progressive and creative leadership to Ploughshare’s commercial activity, taking forward its defence and security agenda and will ideally offer an entrepreneurial mind-set and approach to bring technologies to life and commercial fruition. This post requires a relevant degree and a proven range of experience across an array of leading-edge technologies. More importantly, it requires a passion for technology and innovation
